The Woodlands Wrap Around Care

We offer before and after school care, Monday to Friday for our Infant School children. If space allows, we can also take bookings for children who attend Crofton Hammond Junior School. Children must be registered with The Woodlands before they can attend and all sessions must be booked in advance via our online system, Arbor.

This is a school-run provision and so follows all school policies on safeguarding, child protection and behaviour.

Breakfast Club runs from 7.30 - 8.40am and includes breakfast, drink, supervised play and a safe escort to your child's class or the Junior School reception. Children must be signed in by their parent or carer and a daily update given to Woodlands staff regarding any important matters such as emotional wellbeing, medication or other requirements.

After School Club runs from 3.20 - 6pm and includes a light tea, drink and supervised play. If your child attends any other extracurricular club after school they can join the Woodlands when that finishes. Collection is by 6pm, with late collection chargeable.

Fees for 2025/6 are £6.50 for Breakfast Club and £13.00 for After School Club, per session. We can accept payments by card and Tax Free Childcare. Please contact the school for further details regarding payment options.
