Bounce - Learning about emotions
The Bounce Programme helps children understand their emotions and develop emotional resilience. In today’s world it is essential we are giving children the tools to support them with their emotional development and mental health. Not only does Bounce support the understanding of emotions, it also helps children develop the language needed to express how they feel and strategies to help them feel calm and regulated. If you are interested in learning more please click here – Mrs Halbauer explains Bounce in more detail, including how it is being used in school and what you can do at home to support your child. Below are some further links that you might find useful at home;
Further support offerings are also contained on our Family Support page.
